Emaar Malls team up with Emirates Skywards to launch an unprecedented rewards programme for shoppers

Dubai, UAE; June 19, 2018:  Emaar Malls, the UAE's leading owner and operator of shopping malls has partnered with Emirates Skywards, the award-winning loyalty programme of Emirates Airline, to deliver the ultimate rewards scheme for shoppers. With the launch of the Emaar Malls Rewards Programme, anyone that purchases goods, food or leisure experiences at The Dubai Mall can now earn Skywards Miles. Simply put: Shop. Earn. Fly.

The Emaar Malls Rewards Programme, currently valid at The Dubai Mall, rewards any spend of AED 100 or more with Skywards Miles at a rate of 1 Mile per USD 1 (approx. AED 3.67) for Silver, Gold and Platinum members, and 1 Mile per USD 2 (approx. AED 7.34) for Blue members. This includes spend at all retail stores, dining outlets and leisure activities such as Dubai Aquarium & Underwater Zoo, VR Park, Dubai Ice Rink and Reel Cinemas.

The Emaar Malls Rewards Programme will operate via The Dubai Mall mobile app. To begin earning Skywards Miles, shoppers need to register for the programme directly on the app, link their Skywards account and scan in a valid store receipt from an outlet in The Dubai Mall through the app's scanning feature. Each receipt must be for purchases totalling AED 100 or more and dated within 14 days of the original transaction. For purchases under USD 1,000 (approx. AED 3,672), Skywards Miles will be credited to the member's account within 24 hours. For greater purchases, the validation process may take longer.  

Emirates Skywards Platinum and Gold members can spend and earn unlimited Miles per month, while Silver and Blue members can spend and earn up to 10,000 and 5,000 Miles each month respectively.

Emirates Skywards Platinum members will also have access to reserved parking at P2 at Fashion Avenue Parking, and complimentary access to The Lounge, Fashion Avenue.
