Discover an awesome celebration filled with festivities that welcome the Year of the Dog from 15-24 February

Dubai, UAE, 15 February 2018 –   LEGOLAND® Dubai, part of Dubai Parks and Resorts, the region's largest integrated theme park destination in the region, is gearing up to welcome Lunar New Year with a host of festive round-the-clock activities for the whole family.

From 15-24 February 2018, families visiting LEGOLAND Dubai will experience an authentic Lunar New Year Celebration with a Wishing Wall, a fun interactive Chinese New Year Trivia Wall, and an exciting four-meter-long mosaic building experience which will be made up of over 96,000 LEGO bricks.

One of the most time-honoured traditions during Chinese New Year is the custom of writing wishes for the year and placing them on a wishing tree. This year, LEGOLAND Dubai has taken a modern twist with the introduction of their awesome Wishing Wall.

If you didn't know, eight is the luckiest number in China and the colour red symbolizes good fortune. Visitors to the park will be able to learn all of these facts and more at the interactive Chinese New Year Trivia Wall and can also learn their Chinese Zodiac sign.

The celebration continues in the LEGOLAND Dubai restaurants with The Bakery Café introducing a new Chinese Chicken and Rice Noodle Salad, the Asian Beef Burger in Knights Table or the Hoisin Sauce Wings in Friend Chicken Co. Ever tried Sweet & Sour Chicken Pizza? Now's the time in Pizza & Pasta or simply try all of the Chinese themed dishes, buffet style, in The Market Restaurant.

Families are invited to join the Chinese New Year experience, which is included complimentary with LEGOLAND Dubai tickets and Annual Passes. Tickets start at just AED 165 for UAE/GCC residents aged 3 and above.

LEGOLAND Dubai, together with LEGOLAND® Water Park, is part of Dubai Parks and Resorts which also features Bollywood Parks™ Dubai a first-of-its-kind theme park that showcases rides and attraction based on some of Bollywood's biggest blockbusters and MOTIONGATE™ Dubai – a unique theme park showcasing some of Hollywood's most beloved characters from DreamWorks Animation, Colombia Pictures and Lionsgate. The entire destination is connected by Riverland™ Dubai, the free to enter themed recreational hub with a multitude of dining, shopping and unique entertainment options, that connects the theme parks, perfect for friends and families of all ages, and guests can stay at the Lapita™ Hotel, a Polynesian themed family hotel part of the Marriott Autograph® Collection. Expected to open in late 2019, Six Flags Dubai will be the destination's fifth theme park and the region's first Six Flags theme park.
