Dubai, U.A.E., 23rd January 2018 – Dubai Aerospace Enterprise (DAE) Ltd. is pleased to announce that it has received the M&A Deal of the Year award from Airline Economics during its Aviation 100 Global Leader Awards ceremony in Dublin, Ireland last night.
This award is recognition of DAE's high-profile acquisition of the leading aircraft lessor AWAS in 2017, which propelled DAE into the top tier of global aircraft lessors. DAE Capital now features an owned, managed and committed fleet of nearly 400 aircraft with a value of over $14 billion.
The Aviation 100, an annual publication by Airline Economics, recognizes the year's most outstanding performers in the aerospace industry.
