For the second consecutive year, graduates of the International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma Programme at Aldar Academies Al Bateen Academy have smashed the diploma's world average point score.

Students of the leading private international school in Abu Dhabi achieved an average point score of 32.3, comfortably surpassing the world average of 30.   

Of the graduating students, five performed exceptionally to secure a point score above 40 out of a possible 45. They included twins Marius and Saulius Pakstys (Lithuania) who achieved 43 and 41 points respectively, alongside Yazan Abu Yousef (Canada), Zena Younes (UK) and Damin Attygalle (Sri Lanka). 

Meanwhile, 100 percent of the academy's Emirati student cohort passed, with each pupil scoring above the world points average. The two highest scoring Emirati students secured 38 points and 34 points.
