Dubai, United Arab Emirates, January 30, 2017: The Dubai Health Authority displayed its latest medical services and applications at the Arab Health Congress 2017.
The smart applications that the authority is displaying include a Blood Donation App, which will ease the process and guide residents who wish to donate blood and an institutional performance-measuring system, which ensures transparency and precision in evaluating project effectiveness.
His Excellency, Humaid Al Qatami, Chairman of the Board and Director-General of the Dubai Health Authority, said: “Dubai has become one of the world's most attractive destinations to gather international experts and major institutions for conferences and forums. The city provides a promising platform for economic trade and business exchange, and fostering future relationships. This is in line with the vision of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, UAE Vice President and Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, for Dubai to be central to all future projects including those in healthcare.
The Arab Health Exhibition & Congress is an important opportunity for international health institutions to exchange knowledge, access the latest in medical technology, and review what has been achieved within healthcare and emerging fields of healthcare such as smart health technology.
