Dubai, United Arab Emirates, January 30, 2017:  The Dubai Health Authority displayed its latest medical services and applications at the Arab Health Congress 2017.

The smart applications that the authority is displaying include a Blood Donation App, which will ease the process and guide residents who wish to donate blood and an institutional performance-measuring system, which ensures transparency and precision in evaluating project effectiveness.

His Excellency, Humaid Al Qatami, Chairman of the Board and Director-General of the Dubai Health Authority, said: “Dubai has become one of the world's most attractive destinations to gather international experts and major institutions for conferences and forums. The city provides a promising platform for economic trade and business exchange, and fostering future relationships. This is in line with the vision of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, UAE Vice President and Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, for Dubai to be central to all future projects including those in healthcare. 
 
The Arab Health Exhibition & Congress is an important opportunity for international health institutions to exchange knowledge, access the latest in medical technology, and review what has been achieved within healthcare and  emerging fields of healthcare such as smart health technology. The DHA is always keen to embrace unique medical solutions that help deliver better health outcomes and such congresses provide us a platform to network with experts in the field from the region and abroad.”

DHA will also discuss in detail its progress in implementing 3D printing technology in the DHA's dental clinics during the four-day congress.

The authority's stand is the ideal place to for visitors to familiarize themselves with the latest health services the Authority has implemented.

The stand's visitors will also get to know the many advantages of the smart services launched by the authority such as the Tifly, Hayati and the Salama app.
