Unique ‘Promotional Stamps' service allows companies to put their logo or selected images on stamps

Dubai, UAE, September 7, 2016:  Emirates Post Group's Promotional Stamps service is offering private and public companies a unique opportunity to mark their special occasions and milestones by issuing ‘promotional' stamps that can reach thousands of people around the world.

The service is in line with the development strategy of EPG, enabling government and private institutions to mark historic occasions by issuing special stamps.

The service is in tune with UAE Government Program for Service Excellence launched by HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, UAE Vice President and Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, in March 2011, to raise the efficiency of government services to the highest levels.

“The Promotional Stamps service can be used by private and public companies to give a new edge to their important celebrations as it is very different from run-of-the-mill marketing campaigns,” said Chief Commercial Officer of EPG, Mr. Ibrahim Bin Karam. “The companies that have used the service are very pleased with the results, as the stamps can be presented to customers or clients, and preserved for a long time and kept as souvenirs.”

The stamps will be sold in main post offices and a fixed number of stamps are given complimentary to the company, along with first day covers, souvenir sheets, first day cancellations, brochures and an ornamental frame with stamps.

In addition, EPG will arrange media coverage for the stamp issue, and facilitate inclusion in philately exhibitions, Linder Album, Michel & Stanley Gibbons stamp catalogues and year-pack of UAE stamps.
