- U16 scouted players will be trained at du LaLiga HPC in Dubai in close coordination with LaLiga clubs in Spain

- HPC delivers LaLiga-standard professional football training; will enable youth from the UAE to play pro-football in Europe
Dubai, UAE, September 1, 2016: Following his successful trial with Malaga CF, UAE-based 16-year old footballer Ahmad El Yamani was selected for enrollment at the du La Liga High Performance Center (HPC) in Dubai, a year-long training ground to nurture the UAE's most talented youth into future international pro-footballers.
Following on from Yamani's trial in Spain, Malaga C.F. will be following his progress closely over the next two years, at which time he will be old enough to move to Spain. Over these 2 years he will continue his training at the du LaLiga HPC and will also train with Malaga C.F. during school holidays and summer months.
Al Yamani was one of six duFC players identified by scouts from various LaLiga clubs for displaying great potential for a pro-career during their attendance at the 17-day duFC Summer Camp of training and games against LaLiga's best Youth Clubs in July 2016. In addition to Yamani, Nawwaf Husein, Ramy Hatem, Luka Eric, Yahia Iraqi, and Ahmad Salam impressed coaches with their technical skills and abilities.
The du LaLiga HPC will be led by UEFA pro-certified LaLiga coaches who were brought to the UAE specifically to run the advanced training at the Center. With extensive experience in training youth players for top LaLiga clubs, the coaches will ensure that the standards and techniques of training at the du LaLiga HPC will be equivalent to the professional standards of youth football training in Spain, enabling the players from across the UAE to raise their level of performance and create opportunities for them to get contracted into professional clubs in Spain.
The Talents enrolled at the du LaLiga HPC will receive physical training, physiotherapy, diet and nutrition programs as well as coaching through a partnership with Eupepsia medical clinic that will enable them to achieve and maintain physical, mental and emotional peak performance.

The HPC will have a revolving squad made up of under-18 players scouted nationwide through the du Football Champions platform. The program will be led by Head Coach Rafael Gil, with Enrique Gonzalez working as Assistant Head Coach and Juan Ruiz as the Performance Coach.

Hussein Murad, CEO of Inspiratus, the organizers of duFC, which provided a pipeline of talented players who were subsequently scouted and now enrolled at du LaLiga HPC, said: “The du LaLiga HPC is a unique platform that allows selected youth across the UAE to train at professional standards until they are 18 years old and are able to independently relocate to Europe to play football with professional clubs and teams. HPC will specialize in high sports performance, drills to increase endurance, improve reaction speed, prevention and rehabilitation from sport injury, strength and conditioning, recovery, fitness, and boosting athleticism.
The du Football Champions is a nationwide initiative featuring the UAE's official schools Cup and Streets Cup and is the only international youth football scouting platform in partnership with LaLiga. Conducted in partnership with ADEC, KHDA, Ministry of Education, Dubai Sports Council, Abu Dhabi Sports Council and Sharjah Sports Council, it aims to achieve sustainable human development through the discovery of promising talents, who will raise the bar on sports excellence at local and national teams as they become the next generation of professional male and female footballers. Top talents scouted through the initiative will be invited to participate in the du LaLiga HPC for yearlong training.
