Dubai, August 15, 2015:   India is the most stable economy in the world in comparison to all the emerging markets when it comes to investment. Furthering Prime Minister Narendra Modi's initiative, we urge investors to continue to show reliance in our economy to be able to ensure that UAE and India hit the much anticipated $100 billion mark of trade exchange leading to Expo 2020, said the SME Chamber of India's Regional Director (MENA) Sailesh Nathan in a statement issued to the press on Sunday.

The regional director's statement comes ahead of the First Incredible India Investors' Summit to be held in New Delhi from the 21st to 23rd September 2016 whereby the Government of India will position the tourism sector to attract large investments and to present the global and domestic investors, a tangible investment ready tourism solution.

India has shown a total growth of over 218.9% in July 2016 through its e-tourist visa facility with the UAE being the fourth largest exporter of tourists with 5.9% for the same month.
Recently as many as 200 Kerala-branded taxis with eye-catching visuals were seen on the streets of Dubai promoting the state's Monsoon getaways.

With this entire scenario in place, more and more brands from the Middle East can make way to invest in India which has moved up 13 ranks in the World Economic Forum's (WEF) travel and tourism competitiveness index, moving from 65th position in 2013 to 52nd position in 2015.
“India has proved to a lucrative environment for foreign investment and we welcome big and medium investors from the MENA region to India Tourism for necessary value-addition and service sector boom,” the director said.

Nathan termed the summit as a fantastic initiative and urged all bodies in and out of India to benefit both ways from the Indian PM's vision to make India a tourist hotspot. On the occasion of the Indian Independence Day, Nathan also wished Indians living across the globe a Happy Independence Day and urged Indians to align themselves with the PM's goals to contribute to the country.
