Dubai, United Arab Emirates, 20 October 2015: Jim Kouzes, a bestselling author, award-winning speaker and, according to the Wall Street Journal, one of the twelve best executive educators in the United States, will be in Dubai to address a keynote on Great Leadership Creates Great Workplaces at the 12th annual HR Summit & Expo 2015. His presentation will take place on Wednesday 18 November at the Summit, which is expected to attract more than 3,000 Middle East HR professionals.
Renowned expert Jim Kouzes will discuss the role of leadership in corporations, governments and non-profits around the world, with a focus on the Middle East. His presentation will be based on the research-driven framework that underpins his global bestselling book The Leadership Challenge® (published by Wiley).
The book, first published over 25 years ago and now in its fifth edition, has informed one of the foremost leadership development programs The Leadership Challenge Workshop, which is delivered worldwide.
