Abu Dhabi Flagship Facility Continues Efforts to Put Patients First

Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates: Sheikh Khalifa Medical City (SKMC) has introduced valet parking at its outpatient specialty clinic (OSC) building, in order to improve access for patients and reduce time spent at the hospital.  The service was launched to enhance the patient experience.

SKMC is managed by Cleveland Clinic, and is a SEHA Health System facility.

The service has already been utilised significantly by patients since its unveiling in late May, recording more than 1100 trips in less than three weeks.

“The aim of the valet parking service is the increase patient satisfaction, and ensure that patients can smoothly and quickly meet their scheduled appointments in our clinics without any delay,” said Engineer Salama al Haj, Deputy Chief Operating Officer at SKMC.

“We're pleased to be able to offer new and improved services at SKMC in line with our number one priority: putting Patients First,” Al Haj added.

The valet parking service is available from 8:00am to 6:00pm on weekdays only.
