The Role We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Finishing Architect to join our dynamic construction team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will specialize in the finishing aspects of architectural projects, ensuring high-quality standards, aesthetic appeal, and functional design in all finishing works. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the final stages of premier construction projects in a thriving market. Responsibilities: - Collaborate with project managers, designers, and engineers to plan and execute finishing details of construction projects. - Select and specify materials, finishes, and fixtures that align with design intent and project requirements. - Create detailed finishing drawings and documentation to guide contractors and suppliers. - Monitor the quality of finishing works on-site, ensuring compliance with specifications and standards. - Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to source high-quality finishing materials. - Address and resolve design and construction challenges related to finishing elements. - Ensure all finishing work complies with safety regulations and building codes. - Contribute to project scheduling and budgeting related to finishing phases.
Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field. - Proven experience in finishing architecture within the construction industry. - Strong knowledge of finishing materials, techniques, and industry standards. - Proficient in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp). - Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics. - Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams. - Strong communication and problem-solving skills. - Familiarity with Saudi building codes and regulations is a plus. - Willingness to relocate to or currently reside in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
