The Role We are seeking ambitious and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our dynamic team in Dubai. This is an exciting opportunity for confident communicators who thrive in fast-paced, target-driven environments and are motivated by uncapped earning potential. In this role, you’ll represent Altara Social and Prime HR Advisory, offering in-demand services that help businesses grow through social media marketing, HR solutions, and recruitment support. Requirements What We’re Looking For Currently based in Dubai, UAE Fluent in English with a clear, professional communication style French, German and Russian speakers are highly encouraged Previous experience in telesales, B2B sales, or customer-facing roles preferred Strong objection-handling and closing skills Highly motivated, target-driven, and competitive Professional, confident, and results-oriented mindset Experience in HR, recruitment, or marketing services is a plus
