The Role We are hiring a Site Engineer to manage and oversee construction projects for real estate developments in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will ensure that all projects are executed efficiently, safely, and in accordance with design specifications and building standards. Key Responsibilities: Plan, design, and oversee real estate construction projects Monitor project progress, quality, and compliance with safety standards Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely project completion Manage budgets, resources, and materials efficiently Conduct site inspections and resolve construction issues as they arise
Requirements Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related field Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in residential and commercial real estate projects Previous work experience in Bahrain is required Strong knowledge of building codes, standards, and local regulations Excellent project management and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
