The Role
1.End-to-end processing of work visa authorization (MOFA/Qiwa), visa stamping, Iqama issuance/renewal, and family residence sponsorship 2.Register new hires and enroll employees/family members in mandatory health insurance (CHI/Comprehensive Insurance); ensure continuous coverage for Iqama validity. 3.Support employee onboarding: contract drafting (Qiwa compliant), offer letters, and orientation; maintain complete and compliant personnel files. 4.Maintain accurate HR records, Iqama/visa status dashboards, and compliance calendars (renewal deadlines); proactively flag risks.

Requirements
1.Mandatory: 1–3 years HR experience in Saudi Arabia/GCC; solid understanding of Saudi Labor Law, Nitaqat/Saudization, Iqama, GOSI. 2.Hands-on experience with Qiwa, MHRSD, Jawazat/Absher, GOSI portal, and CHI insurance platforms. 3. Fluent in English & Arabic (written & spoken); Mandarin is a plus for China?Saudi coordination. 4.High integrity, confidentiality, strong problem?solving, and client?focused service mindset.
