The Role We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Camp Administrator OF ASIAN WORKERS to oversee the daily operations of our construction camp in lGhuwaifat Border Project – Phase 2 (Dhafra Region, Bayah Al Sila District) Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will ensure a safe, efficient, and well-organized camp environment, supporting our workforce with the necessary logistical, administrative, and operational support. Responsibilities: - Manage camp facilities and ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards. - Coordinate accommodation, transportation, and other logistical requirements for camp residents. - Maintain inventory and procurement of camp supplies and equipment. - Liaise with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth camp operations. - Monitor and report on camp activities, including attendance and incident logs. - Implement and enforce camp policies and procedures. - Assist in budget preparation and control related to camp management. - Address and resolve any issues or complaints from camp residents promptly and professionally.
Requirements - Proven experience as a Camp Administrator or in a similar administrative role within the construction industry. - Strong knowledge of camp management and occupational health and safety regulations. - Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work under pressure and handle emergencies calmly. - Proficient in MS Office and camp management software. - Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus. - Willingness to relocate and adapt to Abu Dhabi’s cultural environment.
