Job Description: ? Prepare and produce healthy baked items including muffins, croissants, breads, madeleines, and similar grab & go products ? Ensure consistent quality, taste, and presentation aligned with brand standards ? Develop and refine healthy recipes (low sugar, gluten-free, keto, organic options) ? Manage daily production planning based on sales forecasts and minimize wastage
Requirements Qualifications: ? Must have total 2 yrs UAE experience in Café set up - healthy background, more on bread & Coffee menu (croissant, madeleine, granola bowls) ? Hygienic and looks presentable. ? Immediate joiner up to 1 month notice only.
