The Role This role is accountable for the end?to?end delivery of large?scale ERP and enterprise transformation programmes, from business case approval through stabilisation and benefits realisation. It translates enterprise strategy into structured, executable delivery Client Details A large, diversified organisation with complex operations and a strong focus on operational excellence and digital transformation Description * Own full lifecycle delivery of ERP and complex enterprise transformation programmes * Lead multiple concurrent workstreams under a single, integrated roadmap * Establish and enforce robust governance, change control, and delivery standards * Manage system integrators, vendors, and commercial performance * Ensure business readiness, operational transition, and benefits realisation Job Offer * Opportunity to lead mission?critical, enterprise?wide transformation programmes * Senior role with significant visibility and strategic influence
Requirements * Bachelors degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or related field (Masters preferred) * 15+ years delivering large?scale ERP or enterprise IT transformation programmes * Proven leadership of at least one full ERP implementation or major re?platforming * Strong experience managing system integrators and complex vendor ecosystems * Confident engaging executive stakeholders in governance?heavy environment
