The Role We’re Hiring: Receptionist (Emirati) We are excited to announce a new opportunity with New East Group for the role of Receptionist (Emirati with Family Book). ???? Location: JAFZA, Jebel Ali – Dubai ???? Working Hours: Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Office-based) ???? Department: HR & Admin ???? Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome visitors, ensuring a professional front-desk experience Handle incoming calls, emails, and documents efficiently Manage visitor access and maintain security awareness Support administrative tasks such as scanning, photocopying, and documentation Maintain stationery stock and coordinate non-trading purchases Assist with admin budget updates and monthly expense reports Prepare gate passes through the JAFZA portal Support overall office operations and workflows
Requirements ???? Requirements: Emirati national with Family Book Strong communication skills in English & Arabic Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook Basic understanding of customer service and office administration High school diploma or equivalent
