The Role
We are seeking Technical Superintendents to join our collaborative offshore fleet management team. Each Superintendent oversees multiple vessels and contributes fleet-wide support, drawing on their individual strengths in hull and machinery, dry-docking, structural integrity, hydraulics, or jacking systems. While this is a generalist role, we place particular emphasis on jacking system expertise. Candidates with proven experience in jacking operations, troubleshooting, and maintenance will act as subject matter experts across the fleet, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient operations of our jack-up barges. Key Responsibilities • Oversee vessel maintenance, repairs, and performance monitoring. • Plan and manage dry-docking, special surveys, and reactivations. • Act as fleet-wide Subject Matter Expert for jacking systems: advising on best practices, training crews, troubleshooting, and project planning. • Ensure compliance with class, flag, and international maritime regulations. • Maintain PMS records, technical documentation, and certification schedules. • Collaborate with onboard teams, contractors, and internal departments. • Participate in budgeting, procurement, and project planning. • Provide technical input for commercial and operational queries.

Requirements
• Degree/diploma in Marine, Mechanical, Electrical, or Structural Engineering, or equivalent maritime experience (Chief Engineer, Naval Architect, Master Mariner). • Proven experience in vessel technical management, dry-docking, or jacking systems. • Familiarity with classification society requirements, AutoCAD, and PMS systems (e.g., NS5). • Strong troubleshooting and project coordination skills. • Offshore safety certifications (BOSIET, HUET) preferred. • Willingness to travel or work offshore as required. • Knowledge of PLC/automation systems related to jacking technology is an advantage. What We Offer • A collaborative technical team with shared responsibilities. • Exposure to diverse marine systems and offshore projects. • Opportunities to apply your expertise across the fleet, with special recognition for jacking system specialists. • Competitive compensation and career development.
