The Role
This role sits within a highly respected private investment firm in the DIFC. Working from their premium office, you’ll be the front?of?house presence, ideal for someone who is mature, with strong corporate reception experience or a background in high?level customer service from hospitality or aviation. It suits someone seeking a stable role with regular business?day hours and not looking to pursue a corporate career path.

Requirements
You come from a client?facing background such as professional services, hospitality, or aviation. Demonstrate excellent customer service skills and can confidently support a high?caliber clientele. Capable of providing support across multiple departments, including events, HR, and back?office operations. Forward?thinking, mature, and proactive, with the ability to think on your feet when needed. Already based in Dubai and have the ability to go into the office 5 days week.
