The Role We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Associate to join our civil construction team in Abu Dhabi. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our organization by supporting HR operations and ensuring seamless employee relations in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: - Assist in the recruitment process including job postings, screening CVs, and coordinating interviews. - Maintain and update employee records in compliance with company policies and UAE labor laws. - Support onboarding and orientation programs for new hires. - Assist in administering employee benefits and payroll processing. - Handle employee inquiries and provide support related to HR policies and procedures. - Support performance management processes including appraisal scheduling and documentation. - Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies. - Contribute to HR projects and initiatives to improve workplace culture and employee engagement.
Requirements - Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Minimum 4-6 years of experience in an HR role, preferably within the construction or related industries. With strong Recruitment back ground in civil construction projects - Familiarity with UAE labor laws and HR best practices. - Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail. - Effective communication and interpersonal abilities. - Ability to handle confidential information with integrity. - Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems. - Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. - Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
