The Role We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Female Staff Nurse with relevant clinical experience to provide high-quality patient care in a hospital setting. The candidate should be capable of assessing, planning, and delivering nursing care while ensuring patient safety, comfort, and adherence to hospital protocols. Key Responsibilities: Provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with hospital policies and clinical standards. Monitor and record vital signs, patient conditions, and response to treatment. Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, and treatments as prescribed by the physician. Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and emergency situations. Maintain accurate patient records, charts, and nursing documentation. Ensure infection control practices and patient safety protocols are followed. Educate patients and family members regarding treatment plans, medications, and discharge care. Coordinate with doctors, nursing supervisors, and other healthcare professionals for patient management. Handle medical equipment and assist in routine nursing procedures. Provide emotional support and compassionate care to patients and families. Required Skills & Competencies: Strong clinical and patient care skills Knowledge of medication administration and nursing procedures Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced hospital environment Teamwork and coordination with multidisciplinary teams Attention to detail and accurate documentation Ability to handle emergency and critical situations effectively
Requirements Experience Required: B.Sc Nursing Minimum 3+ Years GNM Nursing Minimum 4+ Years B.Sc Nursing with minimum 3+ years of experience OR GNM Nursing with minimum 4+ years of experience Valid nursing registration/license Eligibility : * OMS B Prometric (Oman Prometric) completed candidates preferred * Interested candidates can also apply * Licensing & exam process can be initiated post-offer Additional certifications such as BLS/ACLS will be an added advantage
