The Role We are working with a leading Tier 1 contractor in Dubai, delivering high-profile projects across the UAE. They are looking to appoint an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team. Key Responsibilities - Manage commercial aspects from pre-contract to final account - Oversee subcontractor procurement, variations, and payments - Monitor project costs, budgets, and cash flow - Prepare commercial reports and liaise with clients and project teams
Requirements - Experience with a Tier 1 or leading contractor in a Senior QS role. - Background in build or fit out projects - Strong commercial and contractual knowledge - UAE experience required - Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
