The Role We are seeking a detail-oriented Chartered Accountant (CA/ACCA) or Cost Accountant (CMA) with a strong background in the manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between factory floor operations and corporate financial reporting, ensuring cost efficiency and strict compliance with UAE financial regulations. Key Responsibilities • Cost Management: Oversee product costing, variance analysis, and inventory valuation. Identify areas of wastage in the production cycle. • Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS. • Tax & Compliance: Manage VAT filings and ensure readiness for UAE Corporate Tax requirements. • Audit Coordination: Lead internal and external audit processes to ensure "clean" financial records. • Budgeting: Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and rolling forecasts for manufacturing overheads. • Inventory Control: Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile with ERP records (Tally/SAP).
Requirements • Qualification: CA, ACCA, CMA, or ICWA. • Experience: 5+ years of experience, with at least 3 years specifically in a Manufacturing environment. • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Tally Prime or SAP FICO ODOO . Advanced Excel skills are essential.
