The Role Our client is a well-established real estate developer based in Abu Dhabi, delivering high-quality residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments across the UAE. With a strong pipeline of projects and a commitment to excellence, they are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their growing team. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of real estate development projects, from planning and design through to construction and handover. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Requirements Key Responsibilities Lead and manage multiple real estate development projects from inception to completion Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with design, quality, and safety standards Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field Minimum 8–12 years of experience in real estate development or construction Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects in the UAE, preferably Abu Dhabi Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and construction processes
