The Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented UAE National Site Engineer (Civil or Mechanical) to join our project team. This is an entry-level role ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to gain hands-on experience in construction and infrastructure projects. The candidate will support site operations, ensuring work is executed safely, on time, and in accordance with project specifications. Key Responsibilities: • Assist in the supervision and execution of daily site activities. • Monitor work progress and ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and quality standards. • Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams for smooth site operations. • Support in site inspections, measurements, and reporting. • Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) requirements. • Maintain site documentation, including daily reports and work records. • Participate in project meetings and provide updates on site progress.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering. • UAE National (Mandatory) with valid Family Book. • Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory). • Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience. • Basic understanding of construction methods and site practices. • Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage. • Good communication and coordination skills. • Willingness to work on-site across different project locations in the UAE.
