Position Title: General Manager - Manufacturing & Commercial Operations Employment Type: Full Time Salary: 50K AED + Yearly bonus + Family Benefits Job Location: Umm Al Quwain - UAE About the Client: A global provider of industrial equipment maintenance solutions, based in Umm Al Quwain, supporting international service network Job Description: • Strong Sales & Business Growth: Proven ability to drive revenue and expand market presence. • Engineering Knowledge Preferred: Helps in understanding technical products and operations. • GCC Market Expertise: Comes from a company familiar with UAE, Oman, and Qatar markets and clients. • End-to-End Operations Experience: Managed complete company operations, including production, supply chain, and quality.

Requirements
Qualifications: • Relevant industry experience to quickly manage and grow the company’s operations. • Must have 15+ years of experience • Sales background required with willingness to travel for business development. • Technical expertise to monitor operations and manage P&L.
