The Development Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of high-rise real estate developments in the Eastern province of Saudi Arabia Client Details Our client is a leading regional real estate owner and developer with a diversified portfolio across residential, mixed-use, hospitality, and commercial assets. They are known for delivering large-scale, high-quality developments and maintaining strong governance, financial discipline, and long-term investment strategies. Description * Lead the full development lifecycle of high-rise projects (40+ storey) from concept and design through to construction and handover * Manage and coordinate architects, engineers, specialist high-rise consultants, and contractors * Oversee development budgets, programmes, procurement strategies, and risk management * Ensure compliance with local authority requirements, building codes, and high-rise safety standards * Drive design efficiency, buildability, and cost optimisation specific to tall buildings * Provide regular reporting on progress, risks, and milestones to senior stakeholders Job Offer * Highly competitive remuneration package aligned with senior market benchmarks * Opportunity to lead high-profile developments with real autonomy * Long-term career growth within a stable, well-funded organisation * Exposure to a strong pipeline of future projects in the Eastern Province

Requirements
* Between 10-15 years of experience * Minimum 3 years of experience working in the Middle East * Mandatory: proven delivery of at least one high-rise development in the Middle East (40+ storey) * Strong owner-side or developer-side background or PMC (provided experience is genuine owner side) * Demonstrated experience managing complex high-rise structures, vertical construction, and specialist systems * Strong commercial, technical, and stakeholder management capabilities
