The Role We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Officer to join our growing PU Chemical manufacturing team in Ajman, UAE. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and expanding our market presence in the region. Responsibilities: - Identify and develop new business opportunities within the PU chemical sector. - Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction. - Assist in preparing sales proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to client needs. - Collaborate with the marketing and production teams to ensure product availability and timely delivery. - Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and threats. - Achieve sales targets and report regularly on sales performance to management. - Participate in trade shows, industry events, and client meetings as required.
Requirements - Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field. - Proven experience in sales, preferably within the PU chemical or manufacturing industry. - Strong communication and negotiation skills with an ability to build lasting client relationships. - Self-motivated with a target-driven approach and the ability to work independently. - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. - Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage. - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is preferred. - Willingness to travel within the region as necessary.
