General • Source and procure marble, granite and related natural stone products from local and international suppliers and quarries. • Develop, qualify and maintain a reliable supplier base; perform supplier audits and factory/quarry visits as required. • Negotiate pricing, payment terms, incoterms and delivery schedules to achieve best total landed cost while protecting quality. • Manage the full purchase order lifecycle: PR review, PO issuance, order follow-up, shipment tracking, delivery acceptance and invoice reconciliation. • Coordinate import/export documentation, customs clearance, freight forwarding and local logistics to ensure on-time deliveries. • Perform quality inspection and acceptance of incoming stone shipments (visual checks, sample testing, tolerance/finish verification); document and escalate non-conformances. • Monitor market trends, raw material availability and price movements; maintain up-to-date price lists and provide cost input for estimating and project budgets. • Maintain accurate procurement records, contracts, certificates of origin, test reports and supplier documentation. • Conduct periodic supplier performance reviews (quality, delivery, cost, responsiveness) and implement corrective actions or develop alternate sources. • Work closely with projects, warehouse and production/fit-out teams to align deliveries with project schedules and site handling requirements. • Support procurement planning and budget forecasting; identify cost savings and value engineering opportunities. • Ensure compliance with company procurement policies, commercial approval workflows and relevant trade/regulatory requirements. • Drive continuous improvement in procurement processes, reporting and supplier terms.

Requirements
BACKGROUND, QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Civil/Construction Management or related discipline. • 3–6 years’ procurement experience, preferably in marble/granite/natural stone, construction materials, building finishes or fit-out industry. • Demonstrable experience negotiating with suppliers, managing international shipments and handling import/export procedures in the GCC. • Experience working with ERP or procurement systems (SAP, Oracle, Odoo or similar) is preferred. Skills • Strong commercial negotiation and contract management skills. • Good technical understanding of natural stone types, finishes, tolerances and handling requirements. • Proficient with MS Office (advanced Excel) and comfortable using ERP/PO systems. • Excellent organisation, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple orders and priorities. • Strong communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage for supplier engagement in the region. • Analytical mindset with ability to produce procurement reports, cost analyses and supplier scorecards. • Ability to travel for supplier visits, factory/quarry inspections and project site coordination. • Team player who collaborates effectively with operations, logistics, warehouse and project teams.
