IT Infrastructure Engineer – Abu Dhabi We are seeking a hands-on IT Infrastructure Engineer to manage, support, and optimize our IT systems across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in virtualization, networking, and enterprise infrastructure operations. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain VMware environments (ESXi, vCenter, VMware Cloud Foundation) Install, configure, and support physical and virtual servers Work with Hyper-Converged Infrastructure (HCI) and private cloud environments Monitor and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, VPNs, and wireless networks Configure and manage FortiGate firewalls and network security systems Perform system backups, audits, and disaster recovery testing Support infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and performance optimization Provide on-site and remote IT support across branches when required Maintain clear technical documentation and system records

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or Network Engineering Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure Strong experience with VMware and Fortinet solutions (MANDATORY) Solid knowledge of networking (LAN/WAN, VPN, routing, switching) Experience in enterprise or multi-site environments Familiarity with ITIL-based support processes Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Willingness to travel and support after working hours when needed UAE experience is preferred
