The Role We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supervisor for Transmission Line projects to join our dynamic team in Kuwait. Responsibilities: 1. Supervision of transmission line construction activities (tower erection, stringing) 2. Monitoring site work for electrical. 3. Coordination with project engineers, contractors, and labor teams.
Requirements - Diploma in Electrical Engineering. - 5 to 10 years of experience, (GCC Experience more preferred). - Strong knowledge of electrical transmission systems and safety protocols. - Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage field teams effectively. - Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities under pressure. - Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with diverse teams and stakeholders. - Willingness to work in field conditions and adhere to safety standards.
