The Role We are seeking a skilled and experienced Supervisor specializing in Civil aspects of Transmission Line projects. Responsibilities: 1. Supervision of transmission line construction activities (foundation & pole) 2. Monitoring site work for civil construction. 3. Coordination with project engineers, contractors, and labor teams.
Requirements - Diploma in Civil Engineering. - 5 to10 years of experience (GCC Experience more preferred). - Excellent leadership and team management skills with a hands-on approach. - Good communication skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary teams. - Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental regulations relevant to civil construction. - Willingness to work on site in Kuwait and adapt to project demands and deadlines.
