The Role
This role leads a team of three within the data function, overseeing all data flows from ingestion to reporting. You will guide technical best practices while supporting the business with timely, accurate insights. Client Details This fast-growing organisation operates in a dynamic, multi?market environment and is committed to data-driven decision-making. Description * Own and manage the end-to-end data lifecycle across multiple systems * Lead BI reporting, dashboards and commercial/financial analysis * Oversee workflows for the Data Analyst and Data Scientist * Ensure reliable ingestion, modelling, ETL and data quality standards * Translate data trends into clear insights for C?suite stakeholders Job Offer * Opportunity to lead and shape a growing data function * Direct exposure to senior leadership and strategic decision-making

Requirements
* Strong experience across Python, SQL/SQL Server, Airflow, DBT, Docker and cloud data tools * Background in retail or operationally complex, multi-source data environments * Proven leadership in fast-paced settings with excellent communication skills * Ability to guide technical decisions without necessarily being the primary builder * Calm, structured and supportive leader with high integrity
