The Role Position Title: Sr. Façade Quantity Surveyor Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 13K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus car and petrol Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: One of the trusted names in metal fabrication companies in Dubai, known for high-quality projects in the construction and architectural sectors. Job Description: • Review awarded job files including project scope, drawings, specifications, subcontract agreements, and project/financial forecasts. • Prepare and manage monthly payment applications, certifications, approved MIR/WIR, and subcontractor payment certificates. • Handle variations and final accounts including costing, internal approvals, submissions, follow-ups, and closures with main contractors. • Coordinate with project, design, finance, contractors, consultants, and clients; prepare monthly commercial reports and support process improvements
Requirements • Open to Male Indians, 30–40 years old • Minimum 5 years of Quantity Surveying experience in aluminium/façade works (curtain walls, doors, windows, cladding) with strong knowledge of façade drawings, BOQs, specifications, contracts, and measurement methods. • Hands-on experience in cost control, variations, final accounts, and subcontractor management • Effective coordination with design, project, and site teams; must hold a valid UAE driving license.
