We lead project success stories. Role Overview We are seeking an Architectural Inspector to join our team in Ras Al Khaimah, supporting large-scale Hotel project. The role focuses on ensuring that all architectural works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Inspect architectural works including finishes, façade, fit-out, and internal works Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and local authority regulations Review material submittals and shop drawings Monitor workmanship and quality standards on site Raise NCRs and follow up on corrective actions Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project teams Prepare daily/weekly inspection reports
Requirements Qualifications Degree/Diploma in Architecture or related field Proven experience in construction supervision / PMC environments Strong knowledge of finishes, materials, and QA/QC processes Familiarity with UAE authority standards
