The Role Plan and execute procurement for curtain wall materials: aluminum profiles, glass, panels, accessories Negotiate specifications, quantity, quality, delivery, packaging and pricing Draft, review and sign procurement contracts for facade materials and components Track production, cross-border logistics, customs clearance and on-time delivery Conduct material inspection and resolve quality/quantity/defect issues Support cost analysis, budget control and bidding quotation support Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations and company policies Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements Bachelors degree in Procurement, Engineering Management or related 35 years of procurement experience in construction; Middle East curtain wall experience preferred Familiar with curtain wall materials, performance standards and cross-border procurement process Strong negotiation, contract management, cost-control and supplier management skills Working proficiency in English (written and spoken); Arabic language skills are a strong plus Proactive, detail-oriented, responsible and reliable team player Ability to adapt to UAE/KSA local working culture and environment Good cross-cultural communication skills Compliance with local labor laws and regulations
