The Role Our Client is Europe’s leading Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) provider for resilience. More than 5,500 customers worldwide rely on their digital solutions across all areas of resilience as well as business messaging and service notification. Their resilience solutions cover threat intelligence, governance, risk and compliance (GRC), emergency and mass notification as well as incident and crisis management. As a result of their growing Middle East business they are now looking for an experienced Marketing Executive to join their Dubai based team. The tasks of the Marketing Executive will include general office administration and marketing tasks to ensure the business contributes in driving sustainable growth. The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working with little and at times no supervision. They will be self-motivated and trustworthy. Responsibilities • Responsible for implementing Corporate Marketing Strategy • Assist in maintaining and optimizing all PPC channels • Assist in maintaining and optimizing all social media channels with weekly content • Assist in generating & designing regular email campaigns and newsletters • Data cleansing; importing and exporting data accurately • Ensuring the website is maintained and updated with new/regular content to help optimize SEO • Generate weekly, monthly, quarterly reporting and analysis across all social media, PPC, email campaigns to identify opportunities for growth • Processing marketing expenses and invoices • Proactive researching and advising of new exhibition opportunities & improvements to digital marketing campaigns • Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.) • Organising and assisting with internal and external events (user forums, trade shows) • Create and update records and databases with customer and prospective customer data • Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned • Assisting in the creation of Sales Proposal and RFP’s • Assist colleagues whenever necessary
Requirements Requirements • Proven experience as a Marketing Administrator, Office Assistant or relevant role • Marketing Graduate • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities with flawlessly fluent English • Highly organised and able to work to tight deadlines • Familiarity with office management procedures • Excellent knowledge of MS Office • Excellent IT Skills with experience in SaaS being highly regarded • Knowledge of Salesforce would be an advantage • Previous experience in email campaigns and a good eye for designing email templates • Excellent copy writing & proofreading skills with an ability to create engaging and creative content across all marketing channels • Previous experience with web analytics software such as Google Analytics. Ability to thoroughly analyse web analytics about website traffic and campaign performance Working Hours – 8:30am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday Benefits - Healthcare Insurance, residency visa, air ticket
