The Role We are seeking a competent and results-driven Project Engineer Civil to manage and oversee civil engineering works with a focus on bridge construction, aluminum cladding, and interior finishing. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring project execution aligns with technical specifications, quality standards, and project timelines. Key Responsibilities: Plan, coordinate, and supervise on-site civil works, ensuring compliance with project specifications and approved drawings. Manage and monitor bridge concrete works, including formwork, reinforcement, and casting activities. Oversee installation and execution of aluminum cladding systems and interior finishes in accordance with design and quality standards. Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project progress. Review technical drawings, method statements, and material submittals. Ensure adherence to project schedules and proactively resolve any technical or site-related issues. Monitor quality control procedures and ensure compliance with relevant authority regulations (e.g., RTA, DM, etc.). Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and maintain proper documentation. Coordinate inspections and approvals with consultants and authorities. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards at all times.
Requirements Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering. Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, with UAE project exposure. Proven experience in: - Bridge concrete works - Aluminum cladding systems - Interior finishing works Strong understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and quality standards. Familiarity with UAE authority regulations and approval processes. Proficient in project documentation and reporting. Valid UAE Driving License (preferred).
