The role focuses on driving commercial performance, expanding the store network across the country, and building a high-performing team to deliver consistent brand standards and customer experience Client Details Our client is a globally recognised F&B chain with a strong presence across international markets Description * Lead and oversee all operations across the Kuwait market, ensuring strong financial performance, operational efficiency, and adherence to global brand standards. * Develop and execute a strategic growth plan to expand the brands presence through new store openings and market development. * Manage and develop the country leadership team, building a high-performance culture across operations, marketing, and support functions. * Drive sales growth and profitability through effective commercial strategies, marketing initiatives, and operational improvements. * Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including franchise partners, landlords, suppliers, and regional leadership.
