The Role We are seeking a Technical Manager to lead the coordination of architectural and technical aspects across projects, ensuring seamless integration between design and execution. Key Responsibilities: • Manage technical coordination across all project stages • Act as the key interface between architectural, design, and site teams • Review drawings, specifications, and technical submissions to ensure accuracy and compliance • Resolve design and technical issues in collaboration with stakeholders • Ensure alignment between design intent and construction execution • Support project delivery by maintaining quality and technical standards
Requirements • Architectural background is essential • Strong experience within a contracting environment • Proven ability to manage technical and design coordination on construction projects • Arabic language skills (spoken and written) are preferred • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
