The Role We are seeking passionate and dedicated Teachers to join our dynamic educational team in Al Ain, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. We are currently looking for Class Teachers, English Teachers, Math Teachers, Science Teachers, IT Teachers, Arabic Teachers, Islamic Studies Teachers, and Social Studies Teachers. The ideal candidates will foster a positive and engaging learning environment while supporting students academic and personal development. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and cater to diverse learning styles. - Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and mutual respect. - Monitor and assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to students and parents. - Collaborate with fellow teachers and school staff to enhance educational programs and school initiatives. - Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and student behavior. - Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student development and address any concerns. - Participate in professional development activities to stay updated with current educational best practices.
Requirements - Bachelor’s Degree in Education (B.Ed.) or a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field with a Teaching Diploma or Teaching Certification. - Proven experience as a Homeroom Teacher and Subject Teacher. - Strong understanding of child development and educational best practices. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to create an engaging, positive, and motivating learning environment. - Cultural sensitivity and the ability to work effectively within a diverse community. - Proactive, patient, and adaptable, with strong organizational and classroom management skills.
