Description * Develop and implement succession planning strategies to ensure a robust talent pipeline. * Collaborate with department heads to identify critical roles and potential successors within the organisation. * Analyse workforce trends and provide data-driven recommendations for leadership development. * Maintain and update succession planning frameworks and databases to reflect organisational needs. * Facilitate talent reviews and provide insights to senior management on employee development plans. * Support the design and delivery of training programmes tailored to future leadership requirements. * Ensure compliance with organisational policies and industry standards in succession planning processes. * Act as a subject matter expert, offering guidance on best practices in succession planning and talent management within the industrial/manufacturing sector.
