The Role Graphic Designer (UAE National) Dubai, UAE Be part of a world-class, innovation-driven engineering design team that values creativity and excellence. In this role, you’ll leverage your artistic and graphic design skills to provide creative support for technically complex and impactful infrastructure projects. What Youll Be Doing: • Create and design moderately complex artwork and layouts, adhering to established standards and branding guidelines from the company or client. • Collaborate with project managers, designers, technical writers/editors, and other stakeholders to review and refine submitted materials for inclusion in project documents. • Suggest improvements to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency with company or client styles. • Develop high-quality, reproduction-ready visual graphics, including newsletters, brochures, flyers, slides, charts, diagrams, posters, and more. • Modify and update existing artwork as needed to meet project requirements. • Ensure technical accuracy and timely delivery of graphics while coordinating with engineers, team members, and other disciplines such as utilities and master planning. • Revise graphics based on feedback or changes to project specifications. • Work collaboratively as part of a functional team to meet project deadlines.
Requirements • Associate’s degree in Graphic Design, completion of an accredited design/graphics course, or equivalent qualification (preferred). • Prior experience or internship in graphic design; fresh graduates are welcome to apply • Strong portfolio showcasing your ability to visually communicate concepts and information • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Dreamweaver, Acrobat, AfterEffects) and Microsoft Office tools. • Strong coordination skills with the ability to develop graphics and visuals independently. • Good communication skills, with fluency in both written and spoken English. • Exceptional organizational and time management skills • Problem-solving mindset and multitasking ability, with a willingness to adapt to project needs • Only UAE Nationals will be considered for this position
