The Role Supervise and manage daily construction activities and site workers. Assign tasks to laborers and skilled workers according to the work schedule. Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and instructions from site engineers. Monitor workmanship and ensure quality standards are maintained. Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth progress of work. Ensure workers follow health and safety regulations at all times. Check materials delivered to site and ensure proper usage. Report daily work progress to the Site Engineer or Project Engineer. Identify and resolve minor technical or operational issues on site. Maintain discipline and productivity among workers. Ensure tools, equipment, and materials are used properly and safely. Assist with site inspections and prepare areas for consultant or engineer inspections.
Requirements 510 years of experience in building construction projects. Strong knowledge of building construction methods, materials, and site practices. Ability to read and understand basic construction drawings. Experience supervising construction workers and subcontractors. Good understanding of site safety procedures. Strong leadership and team management skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines. Experience working on residential, commercial, or high-rise building projects. Basic knowledge of English communication for reporting and coordination.
