Accurately assess real-time field conditions and supervise key operational processes, including takeoff and landing procedures. 3. Proactively identify and mitigate safety risks during operations, and respond promptly to safety-related incidents. Requirements Qualifications 1. Bachelors degree or above in a relevant field is required; a strong academic background is preferred. 2. Proficient in using common office software and performing basic computer operations. 3. Candidates with logistics experience or frontline management experience in the logistics industry are preferred. Possession of a UAV pilot license (e.g., CAAC, AOPA) will be a distinct advantage. 4. Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit, with demonstrated ability to perform effectively in fast-paced and diverse work environments.
