The Role - Draft, review, and revise legal documents, including lease agreements, tenancy contracts, service agreements, and other business contracts. - Represent the company or its clients in resolving rental disputes, including negotiation, mediation, and litigation support when required. - Provide legal advice, opinions, and risk assessments on landlord-tenant matters, contract law, and applicable regulatory issues. - Prepare legal documentation and support submissions for court or arbitration proceedings, if necessary.
Requirements - Open to Lebanese national; 35 – 45 years old. - Bachelor’s degree in law (LLB); preferably with master’s degree. - Minimum 6 years of progressive legal experience, with proven expertise in contract law, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and dispute resolution; preferably with solid background in F&B and QSR industry legal frameworks, particularly relating to franchise agreements, supply chain contracts, labor compliance, food safety regulations, and intellectual property protection. - Must have strong skills in legal risk assessment and compliance audits across F&B, QSR, Retail, and Shopping Center operations.
