The Role
We are hiring for A leading UAE conglomerate, specializing in catering, facilities management, engineering, and food distribution, committed to exceptional service and client satisfaction. Job Description: - Supervise and coordinate all laboratory operations (chemical, microbiological, and environmental sections) to ensure efficient performance, compliance with company quality policies, and timely delivery of accurate and reliable reports. - Lead laboratory management functions including budgeting, invoice and inventory reporting, purchase approvals, resource planning (manpower and technical requirements), and business performance analysis to support commercial objectives - Ensure compliance with Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) standards by monitoring corrective actions (NCRs), supervising internal audits, verifying reports and SOPs, and supporting the QA Manager in maintaining and expanding the laboratory scope. - Drive continuous improvement through customer satisfaction monitoring, complaint resolution, management review meetings, goal setting, and coordination with business development to promote laboratory services and enhance overall performance

Requirements
