The Role To manage, oversee and implement EHS related activities within the company to ensure the full compliance with the company standards and local regulatory requirements. To develop, update and enforce EHS policies and procedures. Conduct regular risk assessments and workplace inspections Implements safety measures, risk management policy and environmental procedures in all premises related to the company. Investigate accidents and unsafe conditions. Prepare detailed incident reports with root cause analysis. Follow up on corrective action implementation. Organize toolbox talks and awareness campaigns. Ensure employees are trained in emergency procedures. Monitor waste management, emissions and environmental impact. Ensure proper handling and storage of hazardous materials. Develop and maintain emergency response plans. Conduct emergency drills. Comply with the Company Safety Target
Requirements Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. Minimum 3 years working experience in a similar position. Excellent command of the Arabic, English and French languages. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage and motivate a team for high performance Good problem solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to cope with stress and meet tight deadlines. Ability to drive with a valid driving license.
