The Role We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Cost Controller to join our team in Al Quoz, Dubai. This position is open exclusively to UAE Nationals as part of our Emiratization initiative. Fresh graduates in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance are encouraged to apply. The selected candidate will support the finance and project teams in monitoring project costs, maintaining financial records, and assisting with budgeting and cost reporting. Key Responsibilities: Assist in monitoring and controlling project and operational costs. Support the preparation of cost reports, budget tracking, and financial summaries. Maintain accurate records of project expenditures and invoices. Coordinate with procurement and project teams to track purchase orders and cost allocations. Assist in verifying supplier invoices and supporting documentation. Monitor budgets and highlight any cost variances to the finance team. Maintain organized documentation of financial records and cost reports. Support month-end financial closing activities related to project costs. Ensure compliance with company financial procedures and policies. Assist with data entry and maintaining cost control systems.
Requirements UAE National with a valid Family Book (mandatory). Bachelors Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office. Strong analytical and numerical skills. Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage). Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
